CONSTRUCTION TIME - 14 WEEKS

With rear lane access on the block, we were able to build a garage and home office on the ground level across from the backyard. The rear lane access was further utilised to create a secure key-less entry to an upstairs studio/granny flat above. The studio granny flat upstairs features a spacious, open plan layout which comfortably fits a bedroom/living/and dining areas, fully equip kitchenette, and bathroom with toilet, vanity, mirror cabinet and shower. Downstairs a private laundry.
