CONSTRUCTION TIME - 16 WEEKS

It was awesome working with Chris and Arthur to add a second storey to the rear of their Dual occupancy residence in Matraville. This was a very straight forward build with light weight texture coated foam panels not only assisting with the speed of construction, but also providing a well insulated addition. The louver panel balustrade/ privacy screens to rear balcony were used to create an outdoor space that also met council requirements.
