FRANCIS STREET RANDWICK

This original 1970 third storey apartment in Randwick hadn’t been touched in over four decades. A perception of space was generated by removing a few walls and incorporating the laundry into the kitchen. The vermiculite had to go and were replaced with gyprock and downlights. A new bathroom and kitchen and floating floors throughout bought this apartment into the 21st century.
