HUGHES AVENUE MASCOT

It was a pleasure building Sydney Architect Katrina Blando’s environmentally friendly home in Mascot. Splitting off some of the land from their original home, Katrina and Cameron were able to design a very contemporary home on a slim block of land.

Environmental considerations include a thermally insulated slab, reverse brick veneer design, Insul-floor substrate to the first floor, north facing highlight windows to the first floor.

The composite timber Innowood cladding provides a unique street scape with plenty of street appeal.
